Berry Freeze Shop Interior
For the first self-serve yogurt shop in the area, the store’s design is a playful take on the new company’s youthful identity. Wood shelves, tabletops, and benches align, separate, and merge to evoke a single continuous line along the outer walls of the space. Through the proposed use of CNC milled wood fabrication, the furniture also references the sectional “floating” ceiling system above. The theme of identity and singularity is evident in the ubiquitous ‘sectional’ production strategy, in conjunction with the exposed materiality of the light-brown wood, and the wall graphics as a monolithic, monochromatic pink.
